Chefs Gallery seems to be one of the most talked about places at the moment. Unfortunately, the hype gave me high expectations that I found this place to be quite disappointing. (Am I the only one who thought this place was mediocre?) In terms of flavour, some of the dishes were fairly bland for my taste buds which made me hunt for a dish that created an explosion in my mouth.

The lesson I learnt was, if your after soup or dumplings, your better off going to their sister?? restaurant Din Tai Fung. No doubt you’re stomachs will feel fairly satisfied despite your purse feeling a bit bruised. Having said this, I probably picked a bad day and that’s why I felt food had no love in it *aww sigh* After all, we’re only human and even I have shit days and I make mistakes.
