Recipe – Tuna Pasta Salad
There are many different ways of making tuna pasta salad. In this case.. I hate mayonnaise so i only like my tuna pasta with a little bit of mayo. I love how it’s simple to make and its a meal that makes you feel good without feeling gluggy.
Ingredients:
Flat leaf finely chopped parsley
Shredded carrot
400g large spiral pasta
1/3 cup praise light mayonnaise
425g can of tuna chunks in brine, drained & flaked
Optional: (you can add any other veggies as you desire)
1/2 Green Capsicum, seeded and finely diced
1/2 red capsicum, seeded & finely diced
Method:
- Cook pasta in a large saucepan of salted boiling water for 9 minutes. Drain well and set aside.
- Meanwhile, combine mayonnaise in a small bowl. Mix together until smooth.
- Place pasta in a large serving bowl with tuna, shredded carrots, pepper and parsley. Blend through combined mayonnaise. Toss well!
