Seafood import / export giant and advocate,
opens his first restaurant!
John Susman, kindly walks us through the process of his first restaurant. Having him being a seafood giant, it was an honour for him to explain to us how this whole new industry is something very new to him. The premium seafood he has lined up serving customers is definitely seafood of good quality. Unfortunately clam chowder isn’t being served yet and I can’t wait till he starts serving it. I’m hoping it takes me back to the San Fransisco days of fisherman’s wharf.


The cuts of salmon and tuna are huge! Because John’s seafood is based on premium fresh quality, its great that its cooked marinating with minimal ingredients to bring out the freshness in seafood! Nothing is worse than over doing fresh seafood. Sometimes the best dishes are cooked without tampering too much with its fresh seafood flavours!
