Cake Connoisseur – Part 1: Minature Cupcakes

http://pigged-out.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/07/cakeconnoisseur_collation_a.jpg

Went to the Good Food & Wine Festival with Stephanie and Betty and spotted people holding boxes of cute little cupcakes. After walking around endlessly on a mission to find where they came from, I had the nerve to tap a lady on the shoulder and ask for directions.

At first I was disappointed when seeing how expensive these were for something microscopic. Second time round I caved in and purchased a dozen for $22 in hoping I could compare this to cupcakes on pitt as their designs seem to be  a like…

TASTE BUDS
Surprisingly these were pretty good! What got me the most is the butter cream flavouring! When they say Jaffa they MEAN jaffa! When they name it pineapple it tastes like pineapple!

Still not the best but i think their butter cream is tastier than cupcakes on pitt however cupcakes on pitt have better sponge as these ones were a bit too sweet and sticky.
