Food is part of a social and cultural life that is created when food and people are brought together. Most importantly, I love food and the artistic presentation and flavours that are combined to create a work of delicious art!

My aim is to bring forth all the places I think are great through the eyes of a normal everyday customer hoping one day you'll try a particular place I posted.

I like to portray the experience I had using photos to capture the beauty of a dish. Sometimes people don't have time to read everything so from a visual perspective, i like to provide readers with a photographic experience that will hopefully lure and tickle their taste buds.

Its always a given having a collection of cook books stashed away somewhere. No doubt many foodies tend to "Follow the Leader" by getting ideas from something in particular they've seen or read about.

Featured book is Balance & Harmony by Neil Perry. (M) has kindly offered to release a recipe to follow soon!
