It’s all about sake @ ocean room
Before I went on holiday I didn’t get the chance to publish this post..
i’m finally catching-up & making this a short but long photo entry.
The world of sake is a vague avenue for those who aren’t Japanese. Coming to this event made me realise I know absolutely “squat” about this alcoholic beverage. Just because i’ve had a couple of slammers at a karaoke session doesn’t make me a sake guru. Thank-fully Master Toshi Maeda explained the difference in terms of taste and flavour while Ocean Room’s Executive Chef Raita Noda, created a 7 course feast that would complement the sake tasting experience.
I’m aware this post is going to be long (once again i have too many photos – oops), I’m hoping that the photos tell the story of the experience a couple of food bloggers gained out of this knowledgeable session. For more info, these are the only food blogger posts I could find > x o x o

Leona attended the Sake MasterClass as a guest.

Love how the prawns were presented. They look like they’d taste pretty awesome too!
