Dining Bar Musashi
Friday i went here again for the billionth time because my sister hadn’t tried it before. (FYI: When I mentioned billionth.. I mean’t billionth). I’ve been here soo many times (like every other asian haha) that i’ve managed to collect a stack of photos over time. However I still consider Musashi as a simple hang-out while wanting a feed for a reasonable price that is tasty and somewhat healthy.
It’s always an easier option if you work in the city and the last thing you want to do is go home, pick up the car and find a place for a feed which could result to finding parking and wasted time. I’ve pretty much tried all the main things in this restaurant and I have a fair few favourites that I always order / keeping coming back to because it’s convenient and decent.
Starters
Sashimi

Grilled salmon

Steamed Chicken Salad
This is my favourite dish out of everything! I don’t know what sauce it is nor do i know what sort of root / veggie is in here. Its just sooo unique and I loveeee it to death. Every time I come here… I haveeeee to order the “steamed chicken salad”.

Agedashi Tofu

BBQ King Prawns
BBQ Calamari
Premium Wagyu Sirloin Steak (170g)

TEPPAN- YAKI
Wagyu Beef Yakiniku – Served with rice, bean sprouts and mashed potato.
One of the must have dishes is the Wagyu Beef Yakiniku. The thinly sliced beef which melts in your mouth. It’s soo tender and juicy that once dipped in the the Yakiniku sauce… it takes you on an amazing flavoursome journey! I’ve tried the other sister dish “Wagyu beef with Ginger” and its not as good as this… It’s all about the sauce baby!

Chicken Terriyaki
I’m a chicken terriyaki kinda girl. Chicken is soft and tender, chicken skin is crispy which is always a bonus. If your fairly new to this place and don’t know what to expect.. this dish is always a safe one to go for.

Chilli Chicken & Ginger
If your up for a bit of chilli, give this a shot. It’s not hot.. then again don’t take my advice when chilli is involved because my tongue is immune to all foods containing the lovely world of firey hot chilli.

Salmon Terriyaki
Soft beautiful salmon chunks with sweet terriyaki sauce.. what more could you ask for?

DESSERT
Green Tea Icecream with red bean and glutenous balls

Black Sesame Ice cream
BEVERAGES
Mocktails
I find their mocktails fairly sweet..

oh! black sesame is my favourite flavour too! i found a little place that does it by hand. its the most amazingly toasty, gritty, black sesame ice cream ever.
though i wouldn’t complain about the red bean glutinous balls & green tea ice cream either… mmmmmyum!
