Having an older sister is super cool. Not only do they play with the minds of their younger siblings, but they also make up pretty good fibs which shows how gullible, vulnerable and stupid one can be. The first time my sister took me here, she told me the employees were all prisoners from Silverwater Gaol and wore funky prisoner jumpsuits. At the time I thought it was pretty cool concept and was quite excited at the thought. My creative mind began wondering in all sorts of directions, right to the point where I imagined the staff walking around the restaurant with a ball and chain.
Moving along, The Armory Wharf Cafe is one of the local cafes in my hood. The area used to be an old military training base and these days, its now reformed into a massive park and escape for the locals who love long walks by river and those who play a visit via the ferry / river-cat. They make pretty good local breakfasts and lunch and is extremely busy! – I highly recommend making a booking or else you’ll be waiting quite a while for a seat.
